Privacy policy
Reelquiva has no accounts and no advertising. It does use Google Analytics to count visits. This page explains exactly what happens to data when you use the site.
What stays on your device
Two things are stored in your browser local storage, and only there:
- My list — titles you choose to save.
- Recently viewed — the last few titles you opened.
Neither is transmitted to our server or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes both, and the “Clear list” and “Clear history” buttons in the site do the same thing.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people reach. It records the page address, the link you arrived from, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type, and it sets cookies so that repeat visits can be told apart. It does not receive your name, and the titles you save or view are never uploaded — those stay in your browser, as described above.
You can opt out using Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking the script with any content blocker. The site works normally either way.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, names, email addresses or passwords.
- No advertising cookies, ad targeting, or profiles built for marketing.
- No selling or sharing of personal information.
Third parties involved in loading a page
- TMDB — posters and artwork load from image.tmdb.org, so TMDB receives the usual request information such as IP address and browser user agent. Catalogue data itself is fetched by our own server, not by your browser.
- YouTube — trailers are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Google privacy terms apply once a video starts.
- Google Analytics — the measurement script loads from googletagmanager.com and sends page data to Google, under Google’s own privacy terms. See the analytics section above.
- Our web host — like every website, the server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.

Children
Reelquiva is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
